Monitor was Designed by American Gordon Baker, and the Hydrofoil research was partially funded by the US Navy.
This successful configuration is of twin forward outboard foils with a single Ladder or inverted "T" foil set at the back.
Watch carefully for the special sensing arms that "Feel" the water (Look on the inner section of the two outrigger hulls (at the front)). These arms automatically set the Pitch control aspect of the foils.
